To use Elastoplast fabric plasters: Start by cleaning the wound and the surrounding area with mild soap and water. Pat the area dry with a clean towel. Open the wrapper of the plaster and carefully peel off the backing to expose the adhesive side. Position the pad of the plaster directly over the wound, ensuring that it covers the entire area. Press down firmly on the edges of the plaster to secure it in place. Change the dressing as needed, at least once a day or whenever it becomes dirty or wet.
